  • 📅 BEFORE THE PARTY

    To ensure everything runs smoothly, please provide:

    • Two chairs

    • Good lighting

    • Shelter if the event is outdoors

    • Parking nearby where possible

    • Please let me know of any skin sensitivities or allergies before the event.

  • ⏱️ DURING THE PARTY

    Natural henna takes approximately 15–20 minutes to dry.

    While the henna is setting, children can enjoy games, food, entertainment or other party activities before returning for the aftercare instructions.

    For Jagua Ink, the gel is removed after application and develops over the next 24–48 hours, aftercare is provided.

Children's Parties FAQs

  • Natural henna usually takes around 15–20 minutes to dry. During this time, children can enjoy food, games and other party activities. For the richest stain, I recommend booking henna towards the end of the celebration where possible.

  • Jagua ink takes approximately 30–45 minutes to dry. Once removed, the stain may appear very light at first before gradually developing into a deep blue-black colour over the next 24–48 hours. For the best results, I recommend scheduling jagua applications towards the end of the event.

  • The number of guests I can accommodate depends on the size and complexity of the designs chosen. As a guide, I can complete approximately 12 simple designs per hour, or around 6 guests per hour if decorating both hands. If you're planning a larger event, I'm happy to recommend the ideal booking duration to ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their henna experience.

  • I use 100% natural henna made from plant-based ingredients. If your child has any known skin allergies or sensitivities, please let me know before your booking.

  • Yes! I provide a mobile service across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Travel charges may apply outside my local area.

  • I bring my own professional setup, including a table and ring light. All I require is:

    • Two chairs

    • A clear space of approximately 1.5m × 1.5m to comfortably accommodate my standard-sized table and equipment

    • Access to a power socket for my lighting, where possible

    For outdoor events, please ensure there is a sheltered area to protect both the henna and equipment from direct sun, wind or rain.

  • Absolutely! I have a selection of simple floral, mandala, themed and character-inspired designs that children can choose from.

  • I use 100% natural henna made from plant-based ingredients. If your child has any known skin allergies or sensitivities, please let me know before your booking.

  • Jagua Ink is available for guests aged 12+ only, as it is recommended for older children and adults.

  • Simply get in touch through the enquiry form or contact me on Instagram to discuss your event. A booking fee is required to secure your date.
